In 2018, COFEM launched the Feminist Pocketbook, a series of ten short tip sheets that discuss the importance of feminist-informed approaches to addressing VAWG (i.e. GBV). The Pocketbook can be used as a whole to facilitate discussion about GBV work, or individual tip sheets can be used to promote learning on specific issues. The goal of the Pocketbook is to empower practitioners, researchers and activists to help their colleagues, organizations and other stakeholders improve advocacy, policy and programming efforts by promoting a common theoretical ground for shared understanding and action.

Feminist Pocketbook Social Media Toolkit
This updated social media toolkit is for COFEM allies and others working on GBV to support the dissemination of the Feminist Pocketbook and promote a feminist-informed approach to ending violence against women, by sharing the tweets and graphics provided in the toolkit so that the message and Pocketbook reaches the widest possible audience. We hope to have translated versions of this toolkit available in the coming months in Arabic, French and Spanish, so please keep a look out for those updates as well.
Please post the tweets and graphics found in the toolkit on your personal and organization accounts, and also share via email with people and organizations committed to ending violence against women and promoting a feminist approach.
